The Chalet
Chalet Rubicon is a rare modern private chalet offering ski-in/ski-out access at the foot of the Kandahar piste and Bellevue cable car in Les Houches. Over 300m² of contemporary open-plan living is combined with classic ski chalet character across three floors.
The chalet sits within a private mature alpine garden with stunning views of the Mont Blanc and Grand Massif mountain ranges. A generous outdoor hot tub, modern designer sauna and open fireplace make this the perfect base after a day on the slopes.
Available catered or self-catered, with professional cuisine and hospitality services available on request.

Chalet Rubicon is located in Les Houches, at the foot of the Kandahar piste and Bellevue cable car — offering rare ski-in/ski-out access in the Chamonix Valley. The village of Les Houches is a charming, family-friendly resort just 6km from Chamonix town centre.
The chalet's private alpine garden offers panoramic views of the Mont Blanc and Grand Massif mountain ranges.
Geneva Airport is approximately 80km away — roughly one hour by road. We operate our own fully licensed transfer service through our sister company Geneva Airport Transfers.
Chamonix is 15km from Italy via the Mont Blanc Tunnel and 16km from Switzerland via the Col des Montets. The Autoroute Blanche runs directly to the valley. Snow chains required in winter.
